A stunning teal glass vase '1466' designed by Finnish designer Tamara Aladin (1932-2019) in 1965 for Riihimaki Glassworks, Finland.
Aladin was a leading artist in the figure in the Finnish art design industry during the midcentury period, and this superbly preserved piece is a beautiful example of her work, and is instantly recognisable as an Aladin design. his mould blown cased glass vase is very thick, with the rim measuring 0.7 cm wide, and has a lovely heaviness to it.
