• Saga Vintage is based in Canton Zürich, Switzerland, and uses Swiss Post registered economy for shipping within Switzerland. The flat shipping rate for all orders, excluding bulky pieces such as furniture, is 10 CHF

    All orders of 150 CHF or more, excluding bulky pieces, enjoy free shipping. Once your order has left Saga Vintage you should receive it within two to three business days

    I do my utmost best to ensure that all orders are fulfilled within five business days from the date of purchase. Regretfully this may not always be possible, and I will do my best to inform you if unexpected delays arise.

    International customers can conveniently shop all Saga Vintage pieces via our Etsy shop.

    Please note that Saga Vintage is not responsible for any customs or import duties or taxes incurred for deliveries outside of Switzerland.

  • It is possible to view pieces with a value of 100 CHF or more before purchasing. If you wish to do this, please reach out so reach out we can set up an appointment.

    Please note that reservations cannot be made - if a piece sells before you are able to view or purchase it, then unfortunately that’s the luck of the draw.

    Local pickup is possible from Saga Vintage in Kreis 2, Zürich, upon prearrangement.

  • Yes! Sustainability is a core value of Saga Vintage. Wherever possible I seek to reuse packaging materials that are already in existence, rather than using new ones. 

    I do my best to use packaging materials that are recyclable and biodegradable, and I encourage you to either reuse the packaging your piece arrived in or recycle it. Sometimes your piece may be packaged using bubble wrap or another plastic-based product, especially if the piece is of a delicate nature. Where this is the case, you can rest assured that this packaging is not new and has been reused.

  • All pieces are lovingly wrapped and accompanied with a handwritten note thanking you for supporting Saga Vintage. Please reach out at the time of purchase if you would like me to include a special message from you to the gift recipient.

  • Unfortunately, despite my best efforts to ensure your piece arrives in the same condition it left Saga Vintage, there is always a risk that this can occur. Please refer to the information here and get in contact with me so I can find a solution.

  • Due to the vintage nature of Saga Vintage pieces, many of them are one of a kind and one offs. I do however sometimes come across the same or similar items more than once, so if you are interested in a sold-out piece let me know so I can keep an eye out for it.
