To ensure your satisfaction, please carefully consider these Terms & Conditions before purchasing.
Declaration of Condition of Piece
Although I strive to source quality vintage pieces in the best possible condition, all pieces have a story, and this is often reflected in their condition. Indeed, I believe it is these ‘imperfections’ that give them character and make them more beautiful!
Nonetheless, any major flaws affecting a piece’s function or appearance will be photographed and noted in the written description. The product photographs constitute part of the description, although at times it may be impossible for a flaw to be captured by the camera, in which case it will be referred to in the written description. Superficial flaws such as patina, crazing, manufacturers’ flaws, minor hairline fractures, difficult to remove stains on the inside of deep vases, will not necessarily be noted, unless it is considered that these could substantially impact the purchasers’ decision.
All measurements are provided in good faith, however should only be considered estimates. If you need a piece to fit a certain space, please reach out so that I can provide an accurate measurement and avoid any disappointment.
All Purchases are Final
All Saga Vintage pieces are sold as seen, and all purchases are final. For this reason, please carefully consider both the photos and item description before purchasing, as cancellations and returns are not possible. Please don’t hesitate to get in contact before purchasing if you have any questions about a piece. I do my best to ensure that the condition of all pieces is accurately represented. If, however, upon receiving your piece you feel that its condition was misrepresented then please reach out so I can resolve this.
Damaged and Lost Orders
I do my utmost best to ensure that all pieces arrive in the condition they left Saga Vintage. Nonetheless, parcels may occasionally be lost or damaged in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, please take photos of both the piece and the packaging it arrived in and contact me within 48 hours of receiving it. I will then determine whether a refund is warranted.
If you do not receive your piece within the expected timeframe and suspect that it has been lost in transit, please reach out so that I can follow up.
