This beautiful and high quality fabric Villars chocolate box with its padded lid would be perfect for homing your precious jewellery, mementoes, or simply for hiding unsightly household items, such as television remotes.
There is a small mark measuring approx. 0.5 cm on the top of the box next to the large red flower, and the inside of the lid has some yellow marks, presumably from the ageing of the glue binding the paper to the fabric. Otherwise this piece is in good vintage condition.
The box measures 4.5 tall, 13 cm wide, and 24 cm long.
